Since bed remotes and accessories are model specific, if your old remote doesn’t look exactly like the picture of the replacement item sold here, it probably will not work! If you don’t have your old remote or owners manual and cannot remember exactly what it looked like then send us a picture of the manufacturer and serial number under your base.

We include easy pairing instructions with every wireless remote purchase (wireless remotes need to be reprogrammed) and include a 30 day guarantee (see below for more info) to make sure your new product works as intended along with a one or optional five year extended warranty (see terms at checkout). 30 Day Remote and Small Accessories Guarantee and Information on Returns for Larger Items

All of the adjustable bed parts we sell are model specific and not interchangeable. Please ensure you are correctly matching all words and button on your old remote or contact us for help prior to ordering to avoid return fees. Small accessory items are subject to a $10 fee to cover the original shipping/handling so long as the item doesn't have any signs of wear or damage and larger items like headboard brackets and power bricks would have a handling fee varying on how the item is returned (min 20%). There are no returns outside of 30 days. Due to the difficult return shipping nature of adjustable bases and mattresses and to keep costs as low as possible there are no returns on those items once your order has been shipped. Contact us with inquiries regarding our comfort exchange options on toppers. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on mistake orders or those no longer needed and there will be resulting restocking fees on items out if their original packaging or on any large item.
